Upon arrival to the mobile unit or location site, temperature checks are done at check in and asymptomatic patients proceed with a quick sample collection while symptomatic patients remain patient in their vehicle for sample collection prior to rapid testing analysis.

Our Team

Dr. George Willeford III, Chief Medical Officer

Dr. George Willeford III is Board Certified in both internal medicine and gastroenterology by the American Board of Internal Medicine. Dr. Willeford joins Point of Care Health Services as Chief Medical Director after a long-standing career with a well-known Austin-area gastroenterology group where his dedication to science, medicine and individual attention helped countless patients enjoy a better quality of life. Dr. Willeford attended medical school at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas where he was a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha National Medical Honor Society. He completed his internship and residency at Parkland Memorial Hospital and the Dallas VA Hospital. Dr. Willeford has a strong devotion to healthcare in this country. He has practiced medicine in Austin since 1980, is a part of a major pharmaceutical Covid-19 virus vaccine trial, and now lends his expertise to helping patients and employers across America get back to living by supplying necessary data and in the form of test results, as well as life-saving vaccinations so as to limit contagion of the threatening Covid-19 virus, among various other viral illnesses.

Wendy Garner, Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Wendy Garner, CEO of POCHS, has a background in healthcare administration, strategy, logistics, revenue cycle management, contract negotiations, device-intensive procedures & program management, marketing/ advertising/ PR, scheduling, as well as staff management and development. She has a certified medical assistant license and hands-on experience with patients and clinical staff in clinics, surgery centers and hospitals with a combined 20 years in finance and healthcare administration.
Wendy has been active with Capital Area Food Bank, Austin Pets Alive and Mobile Loaves and Fishes in the community through National Charity League and is a tribal member of The Comanche Nation.

Bobbie Mack, Co-Founder & Chief Compliance Officer

Bobbie Mack, COO of POCHS, has a background in healthcare administration, compliance management, revenue cycle management, billing and coding, auditing, fee schedule management, EMR and Clearinghouse implementation, provider/ clinical/ billing staff education and orientation. She has a degree in healthcare administration and holds a certified coding professional and certified compliance officer designation from AAPC. She has 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry that range from working with FQHC's to large multi-specialty clinics, workers comp medical cost containment, surgery centers and hospitals.


Ben Hiza, Chief Operating Officer

Ben became an entrepreneur at 20 years old and quickly learned the importance of a strong team, a good plan and paying attention to detail. Ben has built, developed and led teams in the restaurant, hotel, winery, and publishing industries, in both the United States and Mexico. His diverse experience has allowed him to create and adapt operational systems that are both efficient and effective. Ben started 4 businesses of his own and played an integral role in the formation and startup of 8 others. Ben has consulted with founders in their various start up endeavors and with his experience in financial projections, constructing teams, system development, inventory control, facilities management, as well as raising capital, he has assisted in dozens of others.
